01 Who is behind SKYLET?
SKYLET is the brand of SKYLET TECH LLC, a limited liability company organized in the State of Missouri, United States. We operate as a small, senior digital studio.
02 Who do you work with?
Small and mid-sized businesses, startups and independent founders, primarily in the United States and Canada. We work remotely, in English, during US Central Time business hours.
03 How does payment work for client projects?
Every project starts with a written proposal and agreement. After you sign, we issue invoices from SKYLET TECH LLC — typically a deposit to reserve the schedule, then milestone payments. Invoices are paid by bank transfer or the other methods listed on the invoice. No payment is collected on this website.
04 Who owns the code and design?
Once a project is paid in full, you own the final deliverables — including source code and design files — as described in your agreement. Third-party and open-source components remain under their own licenses.
05 How long does a project take?
Websites usually take 2–4 weeks, web software 6–12 weeks and mobile apps 8–14 weeks. Your proposal includes a timeline specific to your scope.
06 How do subscriptions in SKYLET apps work?
Subscriptions in our own apps are purchased and billed by Apple through the App Store. They renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and can be managed or cancelled anytime in your Apple Account settings. Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple.
07 What is the waitlist for?
Joining gives you early access to upcoming SKYLET apps and priority scheduling for client projects. We only use your email for those updates, and you can unsubscribe at any time. We never sell your information.
08 Can you improve an existing app or website?
Yes. We start with a short review of the current product and codebase, then recommend a scope — from a focused redesign to a full rebuild.
